Awful audio quality

Hi guys

I'm using Zoho Cliq (paid) with my team (remote team : France, Madagascar and Tunisia).

Unfortunately, we encounter issues everytime on audio call (and more when we use screenshare) with sound quality, audio lag, etc. We spend loooot of time to get everybody OK with the sound, try to understand each other and not to cut each other off everytime someone wanna talk.

I would understand the situation if the problem was from our connection, but it seems not because we don't have any issue with Zoom neither with Skype. So most of time we call on Cliq to finally say "OK let's go Skype"...

I'm very disappointed and frustrated because few months ago we decided to migrate from Slack to Cliq because the "all-included" notion convinced us (I was bored by having Slack + Zoom + Skype).
Moreover, the smart chat bar was a real advantage since I planned to subscribe to various Zoho solutions (including Zoho Books, but unlucky me the smart chat is not integrated in Zoho Books).

Well, here is my question : is there a way to improve sound quality in a near future ? Maybe it's because Cliq servers are exclusively in the US ? Maybe something is about to change about this ?

      • No longer get Cliq notifications on phone if app not started

        On Android, I used to get notifications on my phone whether I was in the app, or it was started. Then about a month ago, I stopped seeing notifications on my phone UNLESS I had already started the app. So if I reboot my phone, and never start the app,
