the Azure DevOps integration for Zoho Flow offers the following triggers:

I now face the insurmountable challenge of responding to work item deletions. When an item is deleted in Azure DevOps, an action is supposed to happen in Desk. How can I map this? Unfortunately, the trigger "Work item updated" does not react when I delete a work item.
