We have our products barcoded and when scanned they add an item to the zoho invoice we have opened. However the zoho books we open when preparing an invoice is our full zoho books access.  We would like to have staff open an invoice and scan items for the invoice so payment can be made via square pos but not give access to staff to our entire financial data contained within our zoho books. Is there a way to allow staff to open an invoice page, scan items to the invoice without them having access to our complete financial books?
