Zobot Codeless Bot Builder - Basic Contact Info Collection
I have noticed a bug or issue in collecting contact information via the Zobot. When setting up the codeless bot builder app, after the initial welcome card, I prompt the user using the name card to enter their name. During the testing process within the platform, there are no issues. However, when users enter the website, the prompt for the name request seems to be broken. The initial step of prompting the user proceeds exactly as I have entered it on the button card. However, the subsequent step asks the user how they would like to be addressed after asking for their name. This is confusing because we have just asked for their name, and yet there is nothing in the workflow that I have programmed to prompt this second response, where the platform asks how the user would like to be addressed. This sequence does not occur during the testing phase of the platform. It's a mystery: on the testing side of the platform, the bot behaves as expected, but on the website, it does not. I have also checked the configuration and settings, and nowhere do I see this phrase, 'how would you like to be addressed..
