Best practices for implementing a whitepaper download

I would like to reproduce the Peter´s case here in MarketingHub community.
This is exactly my necessity. Is there any solution for this in MH?

Hi,

I want to do inbound marketing with Zoho Campaigns. The goal is providing whitepapers which can be downloaded when an email address is provided. I implemented the process in other marketing automation solutions - it would be as follows:

1. Implement a signup form incl. a checkbox for marketing permission
2. The signup form triggers a workflow which sends out an email with the whitepaper download link
3. If the whitepaper is not downloaded a reminder email is sent 3 days later
4. If the permission checkbox is checked a double opt-in email for confirmation is sent out (incl. reminder if applicable)

I played around with Zoho Campaigns and the most parts seem to be there to accomplish this. However, before getting into a one-way road, I would be interested which are the best practices to accomplish this within Zoho.

Any hints are highly appreciated.
