I am trying to take specific information from prospects/clients through Zoho Forms (contact info, square footage, surface area, etc.) and auto generate quotes based on the information submitted.  Ideally, the quote would be sent immediately after the form is submitted.

I know Zoho has a few different ways to achieve this and wanted to know if there was a 'best practice' for automating the quotation function within CRM. Or if there was another app that can perform this functionality better (Zoho Commerce, Zoho Books, other)?
