Best way to notify groups on Customers
On our current help desk tool (Kayako) we are able to send out an email notification to a group of Contacts. We use this primarily when there are a number of Contacts impacted by an immediate issue and are able to keep the up to date as we resolve it.
What is the best way to accomplish this in Desk? Are we able to send an email when a Knowledgebase article is posted and limit it to a Group or Tag? Is there another way to easily notify a group of contact? Should we be looking at Campaign?
