It's a shame... Our company is paying for Bigin, and we have been submitting support tickets and NO ANSWER.. NEVER... Also, online help is totally useless, and what is worst, the 45 minute webinar you guys did a few months ago is HORRIBLE... ultra low video quality and the guy conducting the class had his mobile phone on and every 1-2 minutes aloud "DING DING" was allways present... all the way, during all the 45 minutes of the course.. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL...
And please, do not answer this post with "Thank you for being a loyal customer, we value your feedback, write us in private and tell us what your issue is... " That is total bullshit... Bigin has NO SUPPORT and NO ATTENTION of the company at all....
