Bigin new phone system in Australia with ability to Call Record on PC/laptop/Mobile phone
Hi,
We are looking to purchase a new phone system for Bigin.
We are looking to purchase a new phone system for Bigin.
We are based in Australia.
Do any of you know of any VOIP providers that integrate with Bigin and have the ability to call record, not just from the PC/laptop but also have the ability to forward to a mobile phone and call record mobile phone conversations as well?
We were considering using the built in telephony but you are restricted to the PC/laptop if you want call recording enabled.
Even though you can redirect your calls to a mobile phone, it will not call record any calls to your mobile phone.
Unfortunately the 2 vendors I have spoken with, (Spoke and Aircall) do not integrate with Bigin and it will cost money (possibly thousands) with a developer to integrate.
If anyone has been down the same route as us, please do reach out with any advice!
I'm wondering now if we now leave Bigin and upgrade to Zoho CRM as not many Vendors have heard of Bigin.
