Blank screen on an Ubuntu client prior to logon.

Connecting to an Ubuntu 19.10, all I get is a blank screen (in Zoho). Once I log in to the system, I am then able to see the remote desktop.

I am currently using GDM/Gnome.

Unattended Access (Beta) is live! Unattended Access, a feature requested by a lot of our customers is live now. Currently, it's in beta. You can add up to 100 computers per Technician subscription.
