Blueprints for Candidate - Job Association

Hello,

I my opinion, please add the ability to have a Blueprint for Candidate To Job Association. Blueprints should be allowed to be related to the Association between the Candidate and Job Opening, exactly the same way they have different a different Status for each associated Job.

For example, Candidate A may be associated to multiple potential job opportunities over the months and years. As such they would be in different Blueprint stages for each Blueprint (ie Unqualified for Job A, but Waiting For Evaluation for Job B).

Right now, a Candidate can only be in one State within a Blueprint.
