browser crashes on open template

I have just started using writer. Am using Windows XP and IE 6 for browser.

I have the Writer window open. I can open the template library and add the template to "My templates". Then back in the writer window I click on the "Templates" heading and see my copy of the template that was added. I click on the template name to display it and my browser immediately crashes without displaying the template or giving me the opportunity to choose anything else. This happens everytime without exception. I tried a different template but the same thing happens.

I tried clearing cache, rebooting, all the common stuff too. I checked on the browser Security Settings - I do have active scripting enabled per your FAQ.

Are there particular browser settings I need to have for this to work? Any suggestions?

Also... do you have another forum or email address where I can send comments/suggestions about this entire set of forums? I can't find a general Zoho category - can only find each forum that is product specific.
