bug in Lead Score

Hello

I have installed "Lead score" extension but when I want to launch "score criteria builder" from crm menu it says :
Insufficient Privileges for the modules
Lead Score
Leads

and I am admin in zoho crm !! Please note that it did work 2 ou 3 weeks before. I have tried to désinstall réinstall but it is the same pb, nothing change doing this

any explanation and help ?
