We have a custom field called AGE, defined as a whole number with 0 decimals (which is kind of dumb that Zoho asks us to define, since whole numbers don't have decimals anyway).
When we have a print out of an Account with the related details, the list of Contacts prints the AGE field in this format:
$16,00 (WRONG, it is a whole number not currency)
when it should be
16 (Right)
This is obviously completely wrong and it affects us in a number of ways, plus it makes us look stupid during meetings where we present this information in the printouts: "here is Company X with contacts of ages $25,00, $28,00 and $41,00."
In fact, even some templates are affected by similar situations during print out. I haven't bothered to report those issues, but we are determined to help Zoho make the system better, so long as we see some kind of faster response to those bugs.
We love Zoho, but we need to see a proper reaction to diminish the response times to correct the issues presented.
The reason we want to collaborate more actively in bug reports is that we come to rely more and more on your system, but equally, users who report more bugs should have their issues taken care of as a priority to keep us motivated.
Please confirm and correct the bug asap.
