Bug: Zoho CRM "Create Module Entry" for Cases does not seem to work

I'm trying to create a Case in the CRM via flow.

I've set all my fields manually but when I test I get the same error

"Required Field not Found, check input for Status" 

But my Status field is already set. Hopefully I'm not missing something obvious!

I've a current ticket with support but I'm  a while now waiting on a response despite several emails. Obviously they're busy so I'm trying the forums
