Hi team, I am trying to solve an inefficiency in my business. 

We have an outbound sales team that cold call prospects and sets appointments with them and our account sales team. I would like to have a system where reps can have a visual appointment r date/time selector that shows available appointment slots for them to choose while they're on the phone call - to ensure the time with an account rep is available. 

I would like them to be able to set the meeting, and then have an opportunity created based on custom fields they would complete on the booking page.

I have tried using Zoho Bookings for this but it won't work because Zbookings currently limits attendees to 1.

I have tried using CRM Calendar Bookings but this is severely limited as there is no custom layouts for meetings module inside crm.

I would have liked to use a solution like Calendly but the problem with Calendly is that Zoho Meetings (we are using as our video solution) does not integrate.

Has anyone faced a similar challenge and built a workaround/fix? I'm looking in the direction of Zoho Forms or Creator but I have no idea how to build a visual appointment slot system.
