I had a question about the bulk email feature through the Zoho CRM. Let me offer you a scenario:
I want to email about 1700 contacts using the bulk mail merge feature. A lot of these contacts have moved on so I am expecting a fair amount of bouncebacks (failed email delivery). After the bulk emails are sent, is there a way to tag which contacts have successfully received my emails versus which have bounced back? The idea is that a week after I send the bulk emails, I'd like to have two lists: One, contacts that received the email and need a followup sales call, and two, organizations that need to be contacted to update contact email information.
Any thoughts?
