I am wanting to send a bulk email out to the unsuccessful candidates to keep them informed of the process.  When I select a group and go Send Email it puts all the names and emails address in the "To" space - I want to be able to send them as a BCC copy - not at all professional to send everyone a bulk email.

How do I do this?
