Calendar Events Moved to Next Day

I have synced Zoho Recruit to my Office365 email and calendar.

- When I create an event or interview in Zoho that starts before 5pm but finishes at or after 5pm, the start time and date remains the same, but the finish time gets changed to the end of the next day.

- If I create an event or interview that starts at or after 5pm, the start and finish time remains the same, but the event gets moved in its entirety to the next day.

If I do not sync my calendar to Office365, there is no problem. 

Has anyone else had a similar problem to this? Did you find a solution?
