Calendar Invitation Email is not received

We have had the below problem for about a month.
When we send an invitation, not all participants receive the invitation email (some may receive it). Sometimes the invitation is not received, but cancellation is received. Even we have realized that the chance of receiving the email by non-Zoho emails is more than Zoho emails. In some cases, we do not get the email in Zoho mail, but we see that event is available in our calendar. This problem is bothering our team and because of that, we have missed some events.
