Calendar Load Issue

I'm experiencing a very strange bug in one of my client's calendars where the calendar loses all of its events and ceases to load new ones. This usually (but not always) happens when trying to go 4-5 years back in time to view past events. These events were uploaded via a .ics file from a different webmail host, which may or may not have something to do with it?

I'm getting POST 400 (Bad Request) and and issues parsing the response in the console. Does anyone have experience with issues related to importing events from a different webmail calendar?
