Calendar Not Syncing with Outlook Calendar
My Zoho calendar is not syncing properly with my outlook Calendar. The time that appears in Outlook is "Coordinated Universal Time. The Calendar will show up in the right time slot sometimes but sometimes it will throw it off by a day so events are showing up on the wrong date. In addition when my invited guest accepts an appointment my event is not updated as such. I have checked the timezone settings on my Calendar and it is correct. Also the sync itself forces me to create a separate Zoho Calendar in Outlook as opposed to simply "syncing with my primary calendar.
Support has not been able to solve this. These are critical issues for me and if I cannot have confidence in this basic functionality this product has no to me. I am on the professional subscription. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
