calendar sync time error with iphone

Hi,

I've set-up msync.zoho.com function with my Iphone (Active-sync). I'm having a problem, it I add a calendar appointment for say 9am on my iphone it appears in Zoho calendar at 5pm. All appointments show the wrong time in Zoho calendar. 
Also the time Zone in Zoho is set correct at GMT London.
