In the old version of Calendly I used to extract phone numbers by using ${trigger.questions_and_responses.1_response}. In 2.0 I can't figure out how to get the same information. Answers aren't numbered in the same way. Each number has a position 0, 1, 2 etc but I don't know how to make use of this information.
