Campaigns going to spam folder, how to build so that it goes to inbox

Hello, 

New to campaigns, now have it functioning correctly.  In my test group of 10 email addresses 100% of the emails went to spam/junk folder and/or were blocked/captured by spam filters.  What is the process to building a message or format that does not go straight to spam or get blocked?
