Can I create a field and enter the drivers name as a vendor?

Can I create a field and enter the drivers name as a vendor?

I have a courier company and I use independent contractors (vendors). Is there any way that  a ZOHO invoice can be edited so I can create a field and enter the drivers name as a vendor? Math would be nice too, they bet paid a % of the invoice.

Any workarounds?
