Can I Email a Copy of Invoice or Estimate to a Staff Person

I am wondering if I can send a copy of an invoice to a specific staff person without having to add them to a client's profile... and without sending them to the client. 

We meet several of our clients in person to pick up payment and it would be nice to present them with an invoice, but my salesperson is not very computer savvy.
