Can not remove user...been locked out for weeks...
I am the super admin and co-incorporator. The other founder has left the company due to embezzlement. The user was admin of a few modules. I am locked out of several modules still. I have asked, emailed, waited on calls from zoho. I can get level 1 service to tell me they'll be in contact soon. Thats all the support I can get. I HAVE BEEN LOCKED OUT OF MY BUSINESS FOR WEEKS WITH NO HELP FROM ZOHO. I AM GOING TO GO OUT OF BUSINESS OVER THE LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE!! This is seriously going to cost me my business. I have talked to customer service in several departments. I can not believe the total lack of support.
