Can not revert back to my paid Zoho Recruit Enterprise Edition from Zoho One!
I have been using Zoho Recruit Enterprise Edition for years today, I decided to give Zoho One a try. It automatically entered me into a trial period which was fine but when I tried to access my Zoho Recruit, it stated that I need to go ahead and upgrade Zoho One to a paid account. So I did that and there were not charges. I tried Zoho One and it did not do what I thought it would which was actually link all of the apps together. I tried to downgrade and go back to my paid Zoho Enterprinse Account and it put me on a free plan which took away my emails, projects and ALL of my usually capabilities! It is Saturday evening and I can't get support until Monday? I've create a Support Ticket but I can't access my email to see a response from anyone. Can someone from Zoho please respond to me hear to help get my Zoho Professional Account back before I upgraded to Zoho One. I had already paid my monthly subscription and it wants to charge me again to upgrade Zoho Recruit from this Free Plan back to my Enterprise Plan. Please someone from support see this and help!
