Can't access POP email on Windows Mobile phone

Can't access POP email on Windows Mobile phone

Hi,
 
I have a HTC HD2 (T-Mobile) running on Windows Mobile 6.5.
 
I have set my phone's email client to the settings listed here http://help.zoho.com/portal/en/community/topic/zoho-on-my-mobile-phone
but I can't log on to my email account.  I have other email accounts on my phone which I can log on to using my phone's email client.
 
Of the settings listed on the link my phone does not ask me for these settings (in bold)
 
Incoming Mail (POP3)
pop.zoho.com
Use SSL: Yes DOESN'T ASK
Port: 995 DOESN'T ASK
Outgoing Mail (SMTP)
smtp.zoho.com
Use Authentication: Yes
Use TLS: Yes DOESN'T ASK
Port:

POP Account User Name:
your full email address (including @zoho.com) [full email address]
SMTP Account User Name:
your full email address (including @zoho.com) [full email address]
Email Address:
your email address (username@zoho.com)
Password:
your Zoho password
 
Each time I have tried to log on to my account, it asks me to reenter the username and password.  I will note that my username and password are correct.
 
Please advise
