Can't answer to Zoho Sales IQ chats in SalesIQ

Hi,

we are receiving onsite chat requests from usetrs via the Zoho SalesIQ solution.
However, we are unable to answer as there is no form showing up / an option to typing in text in order to respond to the request. We cannot answer either to chat requests through the SalesIQ app.

Could you explain to us what goes wrong here?
