Can't receive email; Alias Email Id already exists

So I created a Zoho account yesterday, added it to my domain CNAME yesterday, verified it with Zoho today, and created several email accounts using this domain and Zoho today. 

But when I send a test email to the emails, I don't receive them. I searched this problem within the Zoho support forums and saw a user was told to create an Alias Email Id in the control panel. I went to do this and for each email under the "Mailbox Alias" section there is no alias listed, but when I click "Add new Alias" and put in the alias that corresponds with the email address, I get an error saying "Alias Email Id already exists."
