Can you Sync from Recruit TO CRM?

Can you Sync from Recruit TO CRM?

I am trying to set up a sync from Recruit to CRM for Candidates and Contacts, but it seems that you can only sync FROM CRM to Recruit and the modules they want to sync from CRM to Recruit don't match what I am trying to do.

Does anyone have a suggestion on how to accomplish this?

We are currently adding our consultants/contracts into Recruit as Candidates and creating "Deals" in CRM that we would like to pull Candidates from (that have been entered in Recruit) and then once that candidate has been hired by our client - we would like to move that candidate to "selected candidate" or "hired". Trying to forego having to enter the candidate into both the Recruit module AND CRM as contacts too.
