Can you "Undo" Ignoring a contact record that is now in an Automation Workflow Ignored list.?
Is it possible to change the status of a contact that is in an "ignored" list for an automation workflow?
I removed them accidentally by deleting their record (as I THOUGHT I had applied them to the wrong workflow). However, It was the right workflow after all, so when I added them back, their email was still listed in the "ignored" section of the workflow.
Is thre anyway of being able to successfully add them, so they show as being "Under Process" instead of "Ignored"?
