I am evaluating alternatives to Quickbooks desktop. I'm an architect, and typically for a project I will create an "estimate" as QB calls it (or a quote) with a set fee for each phase of a project. There might be 3 to 5 phases. 

Each month, I bill the client for the percentage of the phases that are complete. So I might bill for 100% of phase 1 and 20% of phase 2. Then the next month I might bill for 20% more of phase 2 (40% total). This is fairly easy to do in QB.

Can I do this in Zoho as well? This is an important feature to me and I have had some difficulty finding this capability in alternative products.
