Can Zoho Sign be used for Mandate forms?

There are many applications of mandate forms, especially in the Fintech space, where a wet signature is required on mandate forms by customers.  eMandate has not yet come back into place, and the whole experience is very cumbersome now not only for the service providers but also for customers.  Can the Zoho team work with NPCI to become an authorized platform for mandate signatures from customers?  They could use a 2FA system with mobile based OTP to verify the authenticity of the customer.  Banks should be able to verify and confirm the digital signature through Zoho.  But using Zoho to generate the forms and track them with customers would significantly reduce drop-offs in this process.
