Here is the irony - Z Recruit on it's website says a tedious application form turns off good candidates (Here)

But your own application form is exactly the same. You have given absolutely no control on the questions we can ask or not ask. Here is the thing- The application form asks candidates to upload their resume and there are a whole lot of other fields like education, experience, address & so on... I know the resume details are parsed but again the application seems so lengthy. 

Instead of forcing recruiters to either make a question mandatory or not, it would be neat if we have control over which questions appear on the form. This ensures application forms are short & sweet
