After numerous back and forth emails from zoho support (thank you, I appreciate it!), we've discovered that we cannot have the candidates listed First Name, then Last Name AND also sorted alpha by last name.  

We would still really like to do this!  We do not particularly like seeing the names 'Last Name First Name,' as it is a little confusing.  But the only way to have our list sorted alpha by last name was if we changed the name format to 'Last name First name.'

Now, even the 'Interviewer' names (and users, contacts) appear as 'Last Name First Name' and so I've had to add an additional 'Interviewer First Name' field and edit all of our email templates just so as to not confuse the candidates.

My friendly suggestion is to make it possible for us to view our listing 'First Name Last Name' and also alpha sort by LAST name.  Or even if the 'Candidate Name' field could be separated out in the list layout (like it is when you perform a search).
