Candidate Onboarding - Can candidate fill out & sign a PDF form via onboarding flow?

I'm trying to setup the onboarding process for a candidate.

I'd like the candidate to fill in and sign a PDF form (standard US W4 form). Is it possible to have them do this via the onboarding process and fill in the PDF and sign online all in Zoho People onboarding flow?

or

Must the candidate download the form and fill in offline and re-upload
