Candidate Portal - Skills - Where do they show up in Recruits?

In the Candidate Portal  there is a section for the candidate to add there skill. Where do these show up? For the life of me I cannot find them in the candidates profile. As a recruiter I would like to see what skills they added from the portal. If I look in their profile I cannot find the skills they entered.
