We need to be able to segment contacts based on an account view or field. The online help shows a screen with three options: Under Sync Details there is All Contacts; Custom view; Criteria.  The latter is missing from my screen.  I need it.

I also want to know if I delete contacts from campaigns, will they still remain in CRM?
