Cannot authenticate SMTP server
Hi,
I'm just starting to implement zoho as my MX provider, but I'm having trouble authenticating the smtp server. I'm using the IMAP protocol and my email client is Airmail 3.0. I set up the MX servers at Go Daddy and can receive incoming emails, but I can't figure out the proper setting for outgoing mail.
Per the IMAP settings instructions, I have smtp.zoho.com as the SMTP server. I've entered the email address of
me@mydomain.com as the User and entered in my password. However, I can't authenticate and send emails.
Need a little help. Suggestions on what I'm doing wrong and things I can try to remedy?
