Cannot Create Folder

Cannot Create Folder

Hello,

For some reason I'm having trouble creating a new folder under the "Document" tab.
The window pops up asking me for a name, but when I click create. It just give me an unknown error:
Unable to create the Folder due to an unknown error.

This is happening for all projects not just one specific one.
