Cannot invite new users

Hello,

I am on a Finance Plus trial with a focus on using the Inventory application. I only have one user (the owner) able to access anything. All other users are "pending" and they never received their invitations. Invitations are not received on gmail.com, our business G Suite accounts, or on outlook.com. I created a zoho.com email and invited that one, the invite was received.

It appears that the Zoho application is having trouble sending the email to other domains.

Zohoaccounts.com (where I understand that email comes from) seems to have several errors.

I contacted support who reviewed the problem but did not help. Zoho seems like a great platform but I am surprised that this problem exists.

Please advise, is this a unique issue? Or is this an issue that is unique to my account?
