Cannot open any documents!

Cannot open any documents!

I've been trying to access my documents for several days now to no avail.

The problem only occurs on my primary computer, installed with Windows 2000, therefore I cannot upgrade to IE 7.0 like I would prefer (the OS is too old).

When I log in, everything appears fine, but when I click on any document, nothing happens, or so it seems. Then the window freezes up and I'm forced to end the process. This occurs every time, and I don't want to be forced to find another computer to access documents I initially wrote on this one!

I would really appreciate a speedy answer, these documents are time sensitive and they froze before I had a chance to import them.
