Cannot post to instagram

Cannot post to instagram

Hi,
We are trying to post to our connected instagram account but are getting this error message:

You don't have publishing permission for this Instagram Business Profile. Please ask the Admin of this profile to change your role.

We were able to post to it last week and as far as we are aware no credentials have changed since then. We have disconnected and reconnected the account but it has not solved the problem.

Any advice?
