Cannot Reply to Emails

Cannot Reply to Emails

The last several days when we hit reply, the 'reply to' email field is not populated. We have to manually copy the email address into the field.

Today the buttons for reply, reply all and forward do not work.
When we click on them nothing happens.
This is happening for all users across all devices.

This is having a massive impact on our business and Zoho Support is not providing any help.

Anyone else having these issues?
