Can`t add or delete user

Hello, please help! can`t delete or add users to my organization via control panel, no active button(screenshot attached). Was able to add users via mobile application Zmailadmin but after I had reached 10 users it tells me that max user license limit reached please upgrade. And when I am clicking on upgrade button it redirects here https://mail.zoho.eu/cpanel/null (screenshot attached). And I can`t delete any user.
Also, no active button to customize organization logo (screen attached)

        A better clarity so you can create other users to start using Zoho Mail. You can directly Add Users from the Control Panel to your Organization. You can invite users with the existing email address. If the person (user) already uses ZohoCRM, then you can import users from Zoho CRM. You can also import them using a .csv file.
