Can't add the user as an employee

Hi, I have an employee account and I have access to some apps without any problems. However, my admin can't enable access to Zoho Projects for my account. Whenever he tries to add me, an error message shows up as "Contact with this email address already exists in this organization." But the weird thing is that I receive an email from Zoho mentioning that I am granted access to Zoho Projects. When I click the link in the email, I still see an error message like "Access denied! The page does not exist or you don't have permission to access this URL."

We've contacted Zoho three times, engaged in two live chat sessions, and one support meeting session, but the problem persists.

What did we try? And didn't work.


1) All Zoho support staff told us that I have a client account somewhere and we need to delete it. But I don't have any client account anywhere. So there is no account that we can delete.

2) We did everything in the settings of the admin's screen and it didn't work too.

I don't know if someone else is having the same problem, and what was their solution if they found one.

It's extremely frustrating for us because the Project app is the only platform where our working hours can be tracked, but I can't enter my hours.
