Can't import Notes with correct owner

Can't import Notes with correct owner

I'm trying to import Notes into Zoho CRM from our existing system using the data migration tool. I have setup the mapping but no matter what I do the notes show me being the owner, rather than the user I specified in the Note Owner ID field. Is there a way to import these notes with the correct owners?
